Our mission is to protect and defend the implementation of fundamental labor rights of our trade union members:

• The right to decent work, free choice, profession and fair wage
• Safe and healthy working conditions
• Fighting against layoffs and unemployment
• Control over compliance with the Labor Code

Our main tool for this is collective bargaining and social dialogue. Our strength is in solidarity and cooperation with similar organizations in the country and Europe.
We are growing and modern organization, firmly embedded in the traditions and achievements of the union movement and with ambition to contribute to the European social model meets the challenges of our time.
